Welcome to NDSA

As one of the oldest Softball Associations in Canada, the origins of North Delta Softball Association reach all the way back to the 1960’s. At that time both the boys and girls programs held equal status. Reaching a peak in the mid 1990’s, NDSA had over 1200 boys and girls playing fast pitch softball.  Today North Delta is known across the country as a great place to play softball.  Community minded, while maintaining a competitive spirit, NDSA is able to field teams at all levels of play.

The Learn to Play program (levels 1,2,3) for 5-8 year olds, keeps young boys and girls active and having fun, while teaching the early fundamentals of softball. The next two divisions are U10 and U12 followed by U14, U16, U18 and U19. Once players complete their minor careers, they are encouraged to continue playing with our Junior and Senior teams.

Our club program makes up a large percentage of the athletes playing “our game” and the Sunfire Rep “B” program and Heat Rep “A” players make up the balance of the membership.

Many of our older players have the opportunity to give back to the sport community they grew up in as: Umpires, Clinic Instructors, Coaches, and Assistant Coaches. Mentoring the young athletes is a truly rewarding experience.

Our volunteers are the key to keeping the association what it is today. Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Parent Volunteers, Umpires and your Executive all work together to keep NDSA an association we can all be proud of.

NDSA’s goal is to provide as safe and enjoyable place for our youth to learn life skills through a sport that can be played for life..”our game”..Softball!

Coaches Evaluation

Please download and fill out the coaches evaluation form. "C" Division forms can be addressed to Brian Critchley and Sunfire's to Pete Rodgers. All forms should be mailed to PO Box 154, 7101C - 120th St Delta.
