Welcome to the 2013 Season!

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

I would like to welcome you to another season of softball.

Typically I write a lengthy message but this year I will try something different and simply say thank-you.

Thank you to my parents for registering me in softball some 35 years ago.

Thank-you to my coaches, who, through the years shaped my life as much as any other teacher I ever had.

Thank-you to my teammates, some of whom are lifelong friends, all of whom will be remembered through my life.

Thank-you to our Executive and volunteers who make NDSA go.

Thank you to our players for your smiles, dedication and hard work.

Thank-you to our coaches for what you do for our kids.

Thank-you to the parents for remembering that this is a game and games are fun, even though sometimes you may not think so.

Thank you for reading this message.  It is encouraging to know that there are others who love softball as much as I do.

 Please feel free to contact me anytime at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)  to give us ideas, encouragement and criticism so that we can make the experience for the kids the best that it can be.  All I ask is that you remember it is about the kids, not us as parents.

Have a great season, treat our players, umpires and volunteer coaches with the respect they deserve.
